모 유수기업에 이번에 합격을 한 대학생입니다. 저는 참 스펙이라는 것이 보지 않을 수도 없고 마냥 스펙에만 기댈 수도 없는 사항이라고 생각합니다. 인사담당자의 입장에서 살펴본다면, 마냥 학벌이나 영어점수를 안보자니, 그 것을 위해 노력한 사람을 무시할 수도 없고, 또한 그러한 스펙이외 노력을 한 소위 자질이 충분한 사람을 놓치고 싶지 않은 것도 있다고 생각합니다. 그래서 많은 유수 기업들이 자기소개서라는 항목을 집어넣고 있는 이유라고 생각합니다. 물론 그 또한, 단편적인 500자 내외의 항목별 글로 판단을 할 수 있겠냐만은 최소한의 다른 면을 보기위한 노력인 셈이지요. 그 이외에 인적성 시험이라는 것을 두어 스펙을 제외한 시험을 봅니다. 그 다음부터 스펙? 글쎄요. 블라인드 면접이 추세고, 인성의 면을 많이 살피시는 것 같습니다. 예전에 몇몇 기업들은 실제적 판단을 위해 합숙면접을 하기도 했는데, 오히려 많은 지원자들의 불편함 요소로 역효과가 난 적도 있다고 들었습니다. 사람이 사람을 뽑는다는 것 쉬운일은 아닙니다. 하지만 제가 하고 싶은 이야기는 그 기업을 위해 노력을 스펙으로 한정짓지 마십시오. 다만 일률적 평가 요소가 많기 때문에, 부족한 면의 것을 수정할 만한 노력이 보여야 되는 건 사실이라고 말하고 싶습니다. 근데 그 노력을 스펙을 위한 스펙이 아닌 나의 강점을 살리는 일을 하시라 당부하고 싶습니다.
근데 여러 의견을 낼 수 있는 건 당연한데요. 거기에 다시 반박하는 것도 자유니까요. 정말 좋은 느낌의 노래들이 었고, desperado에서도 마지막 oh freedom 이후에 some people talkin 부분은 연습해서 나온것이면 모르겠지만, 즉흥적으로 탄 거라면 정말 대단한 감성인 것 같고요. 솔직히 댓글에서 조악한 수준으로 까는 것 보다는 후보위원으로 나온 김태원, 소향, 용감한 형제의 눈이 정확하다고 생각되네요. 물론, 음악이라는게 정해진 틀이 있는 건 아니지만, 일반적이라고 볼 수 있는 실력이라는 것은 존재하잖아요. 그렇게 별로라고 말할 정도는 아닌 것 같아서요. 사실 반박하는 말투가 기분이 나쁘게 들리게 쓰셔서 한마디 쓰는 겁니다.
