When returning defective products to the Phonejoy Repair Center, you MUST return the complete device with all of the products original support materials including; user manuals, packaging, and accessories that where included in the original package.
Do not send products back to the repair center until you have received a CLAIM Confirmation number from the RMA Center.
Please make sure that you write this claim number clearly on the returned package for processing.
Your claim WILL NOT be processed unless the device is returned will all of these items and may be returned to you at your expense if not included.
Please, be aware that Phonejoy does not cover shipping expenses when shipping defective products to the Phonejoy Repair Center.
If Phonejoy confirms your claim, a replacement devices will be shipped to you and your account will be updated. If your claim is not accepted, you will find details about your claims specifics in your customer portal.
Phonejoy does not cover return shipping expenses on denied claims.

첫번째 문장은 미안하니 저 사이트에 RMA신청하라는거 같아서 굳이 해석을 안해도 될거같은데
아랫문장 주의사항이 헷갈립니다..ㅠㅠ
1. 모든 구성품이 다 있어야하고
2. RMA신청한 뒤 사이트에서 RMA청구번호를 받을때까지 제품을 보내지말라..
까진 대충 이해하겠는데 그 뒤에 말을 모르겠네요..
RMA시 배송비용에 관한 내용같은데 어떤 내용인지 알려주시면 정말 감사하겠습니다..
자세한 해석은 가당치도 않고 의미만 알면 됩니다...ㅠㅠ
