Ammo System
- All users have been given a starting amount of ammunition appropriate for their level

Changes
Zombies
- Changed zombies to a rarity system
- Police, Military, HERC and Bruiser zombies are now less common
- Police, Military, HERC and Bruiser zombies are now MUCH stronger
Basic Range Mechanics
- Range has been changed to Effective Range
- The ring surrounding survivors shows their Effective Range
- Survivors will still attack automatically within that ring
- Force attacking no longer moves your survivor into range
- Survivors who are force attacking will attack the target from where they stand
- Survivors still need line of sight to attack targets
- The greater the distance OVER the weapon's effective range the less accurate the shot
- Suppression effects from weapons are also decreased outside of Effective Range
- Force targeting works in PvE as well, so you can manually snipe zombies across the map
PvP and AI Mechanics
- Enemy survivors that are under suppression will now return fire regardless of distance
- They suffer the same accuracy loss when firing outside the effective range
- They will continue to fire on their attacker until they have cleared their suppression
- Defending survivors will respond to nearby allies being attacked by attacking the aggressors
Item Drops
- Increased likelihood of getting 3 or more items from individual containers
Auto Protection
- 4 hour automated protection when 30% of survivors are injured during a raid
- Reduced threshold for 16 hr protection to 2 attacks in 23 hrs
- Removed protection for 6 or more attacks in 24 hrs
Raiding
- Increased loot amounts for Raiders from 30% to 50% of resources
- Increased resource lost amount to 50% of what is taken (25% net loss)
Buildings
- Increased minimum range on Watchtowers
- Changed Wheel of Misfortune to take ammo for repairs & upgrades
Weapon Balance
- Increased damage on Venom
- Reduced suppression rating on M-24
Gear Balance
- Increased speed bonus from Fighter Boots
City Map
- Added resources and changed filter locations on map UI
- Moved map processing to hardware accelerated
- Staggered loading of the map to enhance performance
