Ever since we entered the 21st century, technology developed brightly, as the result most of the students in our school have phone in their hands. And we use phones to connect to the internet, we got familiar with the internet and it’s quickly becoming part of our life. Even though it’s becoming part of our life, I still think that it’s not part of our human rights, but it will highly likely to be one of human right in 10 years. There is a reason why I think the internet is still not part of human right, and there is another reason why the internet will be one of the human right in 10 years.

Even though in first world countries people get to have the power of technology. Still in some parts of the world the use of the internet gets restricted or they simply don’t even get a chance to use the internet. China for example, China is the 2nd wealthiest country in the world and they have over 1.2 billion people living in China. However, the Chinese government restricts some websites that are violent, sexual, or against their will. Even if you are living in first world countries sometimes you don’t get internet access because you don't have money to pay the utility.

However, use of technology quickly developed, and people adapted to it by using the internet. The internet became part of our life, as a result, many schools in California started to use ipads in class. And usage of ipad makes the students to use the internet on a daily basis, this familiarized students with the internet and technology. Soon they will use the internet and tech in our everyday life, and it will become the part of our human right in a short period of time.

Ten years ago we would have never guessed that we will all carry around a box that can log you into the internet, but look at us now. We all have a phone in our hand and some of us can’t go a day without using your phone. Even though the use of the internet is quickly spread around us, some people get restricted using the internet, and some people don’t get a chance to use the internet. In conclusion I can say that the internet is becoming part of our human right, but not quite yet because not everyone gets to go on the internet. Human right is something that every human being can have.
