font-size: 16px;">쌍용자동차는 지난 10일 무급휴직자 455명 전원에 대한 복직을 추진하고 오는 3월 1일부로 인사발령을 냈다. 또한 기업노조와 한 목소리로 국정조사에 대한 반대 입장을 내, 무급휴직자 복직이 국정조사를 회피하기 위한 꼼수 아니냐는 지적이 있었다.</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 25px; font-family: 굴림, gulim, AppleGothic, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;">실제로 새누리당 또한 국정조사 여야 합의를 깨고 1월 임시회 의사일정 합의를 위한 원내수석부대표간의 회담에서 “당론”을 언급하며 국정조사를 수용할 수 없다고 못 박아 새누리당 내에서도 일부 논란이 일고 있다.</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 25px; font-family: 굴림, gulim, AppleGothic, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;">특히 국정조사를 반대하는 사측이나 기업노조, 새누리당의 일관된 논리는 노사가 합의해 단계적으로 상생을 이끌어내고 있다는 것인데, 사실 이 복직건은 민주노총 금속노조 쌍용자동차 지부의 한상균 전 지부장이 2010년에 2년 뒤 무급휴직자 전원 복직을 요구해 합의했던 것이다.</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; font-family: 굴림, gulim, AppleGothic, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;">하지만 이채필 장관은 장 의원이 “무급휴직자 전원 복직 합의 이행과 무급휴직자들이 체불임금 소송을 받는 건 별개의 건이라는 것에는 동의하느냐”는 질문에 “기업 운영에 따라 복직 시기가 달라질 수 있는 것”이라고 답해 무급휴직자들의 체불임금 소송 자체에 부정적인 입장을 밝혔다.</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; font-family: 굴림, gulim, AppleGothic, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;">장 의원은 “국정조사를 하면 쌍용차가 얼마나 큰 피해를 받기에, 국정조사를 하면 쌍용차가 당장 망할 것 같다는 논리가 나오냐”고 지적하며 “쌍용자동차 노동자들을 개별적으로 만나보면 사측이 노동자들한테 ‘무급휴직자가 복직되거나 희망퇴직자들이 돌아왔을 때 너희가 희망퇴직해야 한다, 문제제기 하지 말라’고 숨통을 죽여놓고 있다”고 지적했다.</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 25px; font-family: 굴림, gulim, AppleGothic, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;">장 의원은 “노동자들의 숨통을 죽여놓는 강압적인 사내 분위기가 있다. 단지 노조위원장이 나와 국정조사를 반대한다는 것만 볼 게 아니라 상시적 근로감독을 통해 공장 안 노동자들이 어떻게 일하고 있는지, 사태 파악을 해야하는 것 아니냐, 이런 것들을 보지 않고 국정조사를 반대하는 건 상당히 편향적”이라며 455명의 무급복직자 전원 복직 결정 이후 제기되고 있는 국정조사 반대 흐름에 일침을 가했다.</p></div></div></p>
