2. 한국 정부가 이대로 노동 삼권 개무시하고 불법 탄압할 경우 외국에 철도도 못 팔아먹을 수 있음
3. OECD 제명 가능성도 있지 않을까 조심스레 추측해봄.

Regarding the recent ROK Rail strike and the government arrest of three South Korean labor union leaders:
최근 한국에서 일어난 철도파업과 노조 리더 세명 체포에 관해서:
A high-leveled ITF (International Transport Workers' Federation) delegation visited SK. I don't think many Koreans realize the seriousness of this matter.
국제운수노련 (ITF) 고위직분으로 모여진 방문객들이 한국 파업 때문에 방문했음. 한국 사람들이 하도 이거에 대한 심각성을 모르는거 같아서 올려봄.
Statement summary:
1. This is a legal strike. Laborers have the right to fight against the privatization and reconstruction.
이건 합법적 시위이고 노동자들은 정부의 민영화와 재구성에 대해서 시위할 권리를 갖고 있음.
2. By arresting three union leaders and temporarily discharging more than 4,000 railroad workers are against the international labor law.
노조 리더 세명 체포하고 4천명 넘게 자른건 국제 노동법 위반임.
3. Using strike-breakers (replacement workers) are dangerous because they are not fully trained.
대체근무자 사용은 굉장히 위험한 일임.
4. ROK Government should resolve the issue with the Korean Railroad Workers Union. If failed to do so, the ITF will step up it's campaign. For example, lawfully targeting Korean exports of rail products by by calling on the rail companies to review their contracts with Korean companies
한국 정부는 노조와의 협상으로 일을 풀어야 함. 그렇지 않은 경우 단계높은 대응을 하겠음. 예를들어 철도 기업들에게 연락하여 한국기업들과의 계약을 재검하도록 해서 법적으로 한국 수출 제품들을 타겟하겠음.
5. "The ITF will co-operate with the wider international trade union movement to campaign for the guarantee of workers’ rights in South Korea. Together with the ITUC (International Trade Union Confederation) and members of global union federations, the ITF will use international forums such as the ILO (International Labour Organization) and OECD (Organisation for Co-operation and Development) to demand the government of South Korea complies with international labour standards and guidelines."
ITF는 타 국제조합들, 세계노동연합 (ITUC), 그리고 국제산별노련들 멤버들과 함께 한국 노동자들의 권리를 보장하기 위해 노력할 것임. 추가로 ITF는 국제노동기구와 OECD와 같은 국제포럼을 사용하여 한국정부가 국제 노동법의 기준과 설명지침을 따라야 한다고 요구할거임.
6. As part of the process, ITF will work with the Korean Railroad Workers Union (KRWU) to file a complaint to the International Labor Organization on the illegal actions taken by the ROK government since December 9th 2013.
이러한 노력들 중 하나는 한국철도노조와 함께 대한민국 정부가 12월 9일부터 실행한 불법 행동들에 대해 국제노동기구에 불만을 제출할 것임.
7. "The government of South Korea and its anti-union behaviours are in the spotlight of international communities who now begin to question the legitimacy of South Korea’s membership in the OECD."
한국 정부의 노조를 반대하는 성향은 지금 국제 단체들의 관심을 받고 있으며 이 단체들은 지금 대한민국 정부가 OECD 멤버로 참여가 합당한지 질문하기 시작했다.
