그 이후로 물어본 결과 다른 지역들의 군인들도 어제 저녁부터

전부다 비상사태입니다...

이것이 영결식 이후의 시선 돌리기인지 어쩐건지는 모르겠지만

외국 뉴스에도 나왔음에도 불구하고 안 나오는 목적이 무엇일까요??

'휴전 협정 파기' 로 찾아보면 많은 기사들이 있을겁니다...

North Korea tears up ceasefire agreement

평양-APA. 평양은 1953년에 사인된 휴전협정을 파기하고 한국전쟁을 끝낼것이라고 선언했다.

Pyongyang –APA. Pyongyang announced that it will tear up the ceasefire agreement signed in 1953 and ending the Korean War, APA reports.

북조선 수뇌부는 공식적으로 협정의무를 거부했고 이것은 한국과 그 동맹국의 행동에 대한 대답이라고 말했다. 대변인은 서해상의 미국과 한국의 전투함 및 민간함에 대한 안전을 보장하지 않는다고 말했다. "북조선의 함선을 포함한 모든 공화국에 대한 군사행동은 군사대결을 촉발할것이다" 라고 북조선 대표는 선언했다.

평양은 한국의 PSI(2003년 6월에 대량살상무기 확산을 막기 위해 미국에 의해 시작)참여에 대한 대답으로 휴전을 파기했다. 북조선은 UN의 항의에도 불구하고 5월 25일에 지하 핵실험을 실시했다.

휴전협정은 북조선과 한국사이에 1953년 7월 27일에 사인되었다. 양측은 휴전협정 전에 2년동안 1076번의 미팅을 열었다. 휴전협정은 평화협정을 대체하지 않았다.(역자 주: 우리가 흔히 말하는 `남북한은 휴전상태이지 전쟁이 끝난게 아니다' 이런 얘기) 휴전협정은 38선에 4km의 DMZ를 설치하는것을 포함한다.(역자 주: 38선이 아니라 휴전선인데 오류네요) 평양은 군사경계선 만들기를 거부함으로서 휴전협정을 거부했다.
North Korea leadership officially rejected the obligations undertaken by the agreement and said it would respond any action by South Korea and its allies. The statement said North Korea would not guarantee the security of U.S. and South Korean warships and civil ships in its west coasts. “Any military action against the republic, including control over the North Korean ships, will cause a military confrontation”, said the Korean delegation in its statement. 
Pyongyang breaks the ceasefire in response to South Korea’s participation to the Proliferation Security Initiative (PSI), launched in June 2003 on U.S. initiative, which is aimed prevention of proliferation of weapons of mass destruction. North Korea conducted underground nuclear tests on May 25 despite UN protests. 
The ceasefire agreement was signed between North and South Korea on July 27, 1953. The sides held 1076 meetings in two years before the signing of the agreement. The ceasefire was not replaced with peace agreement so far. The agreement considers establishing of 4-km demilitarized zone through 38th parallel. Pyongyang breaks the ceasefire agreement refusing to recognize the military demarcation line.
