Japan recognizes the validity of all acts and omissions done during the period of occupation under or in consequence of directives of the occupation authorities or authorized by Japanese law at that time, and will take no action subjecting Allied nationals to civil or criminal liability arising out of such acts or omissions.

해석을 해보자면

일본은 점령기간 중에 점령당국의 지령에 의하거나 또는 그 결과로서 행하여진 작위 또는 부작위의 효력을 승인한다. 이 작위 및 부작위에서 발생하는 민사 또는 형사상의 책임을 연합국에 묻는 어떠한 행동도 취하지 않는다.

by Japnanese law at that time 이 수식해 주는 부분이 authorized 뿐인가요? 아니면 validity of all acts and omissions done during the period of occupation under or in consequene of directives of the occupation authorieies or authorized 전체인가요?

authorized by Japanese law 로 authorized 만 수식하는게 맞겠죠?

그리고 중간 중간 and가 아닌 or 이 들어간 이유는 무엇인가요? 보통은 and and 로 a와 b와 c를 recognize 한다 라고 해야 하는게 옳지 않나요?
