구글에 물어본걸론 성이 안 차서 블리자드 본사에게 물어봤다.  

번역하고 싶은데 너무 길어서 요약해서 보여줌. 

 본사 Q&A의 말로는  

1. 구글은 2차 판매자. 그니까 블리자드가 구글을 거쳐서 파는게 아니라 아예 구글한테 팔아버리고 유저들 한테는 구글이 전권 가지고 판다는 소리.  

2. 블코로 구입한 놈들은 빼박 환불 불가고, 구글로 산 놈들은 구글 규정만 지키면 환불 가능함. 

 3. 계정 정지 당할 위험 규정 악용하지 않는 이상 절대 없음. 낙스나 모험모드 환불한 경우에는 그것들만 닫히지 계정은 안전함. 게다가 걔들 재구입도 가능.  
심지어는 팩 까고 환불 --> 다시 사고 반복 패턴도 구글에서 관리하지 지들 문제는 아닐 수도 있다 하더라.
근데 이건 추천 안함. 설마 그걸 구글이나 블리자드에서 안 막겠냐.
