솔직히 폰 짜증나서 사서 필요도 없는데 계속 돈 안돌려주고 뻐티고 있어요.

이렇게 제가 증거를 제출안하면 돈 판매자한테 준다고 협박하는데, 저 포스트에서 편지온거랑 배송추적한 거 다 찍어서 올렸거든요.. 아니 애초에 배송을 못받았는데 무슨 증거를 줍니까..
그래서 고객센터가서 물어보니까, 자기들 팀이 돈 돌려주려하고 있다고, 지금 자기들이 항소를 해본다는데, 솔직히 같은 놈들 같아서 못 믿겠어요.. 24시간 기다리면 appeal할 수 있게 해줄테니까 거기다가 증거 올리라는데..

원래 이렇게 환불진행하는 건가요? 지금 상당히 오래기다렸고, 알리에게 고객센터 문의만 4번째인데, 계속 기다리라고만 하다가 갑자기 돈 안돌려준다고하니까 열불이 나네요.
지금 제가 뭘 어떻게 해야할지도 모르겠고, 200유로가 적은 돈도 아닌데 저렇게 잡아떼는 알리도 짜증나고..
