3월 10일에 더 디비전을 샀다가 같은 날에 환불 했습니다. 카드와 연결된 통장으로 돈이 아직 안들어왔습니다. 카드 회사에 문의해보니 환불 전표를 아직 안받았다고 합니다. 빠른 확인 부탁드립니다.

Thank you for contacting Steam Support.
Since your refund request was approved within 24 hours of the purchase, the original transaction has been cancelled.
Once the bank reconciles your account and sees that we have not collected funds for this transaction, the charge should drop-off your bank or credit card statement. This process may take several weeks depending on the bank.
If the charge doesn't drop off your bank statement you will need to contact your bank/credit card company and have them release the funds.
Steam Support is unable to assist with any funds being held by your bank for a cancelled payment.
