To whom may concern,
I recently bought a vibrator of your company from local store.
But it stopped to working after first use.
Actually it only worked 5 pleasurable minutes.
Before it broke out it was getting hotter. I mean hot, not warm.
I'm just happy it did not give a burn to my where it meant to be use.
Even it was only brief moment, I am satisfied with the product.
So I want to get a new one, not refund.
And I hope your company have a web homepage with customer service claim board.
What kind of business does not have it these days.
I don't understand why I am writing this long letter with over 150 words instead simple few clicking.
Probably only you need to know is am I under warranty or not.
Anyway I bought my vibrator 3 days before and I have a receipt and warranty for it.
I hope to get respond as soon as possible.
