내가 과연 호주 독립기술이민 자격이 될까?

호주 독립기술 이민이 가능한지 궁금하신 분을 위해서 퍼왔습니다.

호주 Subclass 189 비자 가능 여부를 판단하는 기준에 대한 표입니다. 합계 점수가 60점 넘으면 신청이 가능합니다.

나이는 만 나이로 25~32세가 가장 높은 점수를 받는 반면에 경력은 기간이 늘어날 수록 점수가 높아집니다.

군대를 갔다와야 하는 대한민국 남성 입장으로서는 경력과 나이를 둘다 충족시키며 점수를 따야하니 어려움이 있긴 하네요.

영어는 Competent English 가 IELTS each band 6.0 이상을 말합니다. 점수는 0점이지만 신청을 위한 최소한의 영어점수입니다.

학력 부분에서 박사 학위가 가장 높은 점수를 쳐주고 그다음은 학사입니다. (석사 과정을 밟았다고 해서 추가 점수는 없습니다.) 국내 4년제 대학교는 대부분 인정 받지만 사이버대학교는 인정 못 받는걸로 알고 있습니다. (방통되는 된다는 말도 있는데 확실치 않습니다. 궁금하시면 호주 이민성에 메일 한통 써서 물어보면 됩니다. 원하시면 한국어 통역을 이용한 전화문의도 가능하나 대시시간 1시간은 거뜬히 소요... ㅠㅠ)

학력과 경력은 연관성이 있어야 합니다. 만약 직업이 IT 관련 개발자라면 최종학력도 IT 관련된 학과여야 합니다.

디플로마는... 일종의 전문학사같은 건데 직업전문학교 가장 높은 단계 반을 졸업하면 받을 수 있습니다. 아마도 한국의 전문대가 이정도에 해당 될거라 생각되네요.

호주내에서 디플로마 이상의 자격을 취득하면 추가점수 5점이 있고요.

그밖에 추가점수에 대해 설명 드리면

Credentialled Community Language Qualification 은 ... NATTI 라는 호주 정부에서 주는 통번역사 자격증 있는 사람에게 해당되는데 이 자격 가진 정도라면 영어점수 항목에서 이미 거의 최고점을 받지 않을까...싶네요;;;(이정도면 가점 없어도 이민할 수 있어요 ;;;;)

호주 사람 별로 안사는 지역에서 학교를 나오면 또 가점이 있고요.

배우자 또한 영주권 받을 수 있을 정도의 수준이 되면 추가점수 있습니다. 부부가 함께 영주권 준비하는거면 받을 가능성 있는데 보통 부부면 한사람이 몰빵해서 준비하는 경우가 많겠죠 ^^;

Professional year 는 호주에서 1년 이상 기술이민하려는 직군 관련해서 일한 사람에게 주는 가점입니다. (취업을 하고싶어도 영주권이 없어서 안되는데 어떻게 따라고!!!)

마지막 노미네이션 부분은 주정부 스폰서 받는 비자/임시 근로 비자에 해당하는 사람에게 주는 가점 이고요.

자 이제 대충 시나리오를 써보죠.

우리는 오징어들이니까. 만 34세, 대졸, 한국 경력 5년, 솔로, IELTS 6.0. 이정도로 보면요

나이 25점.

언어 0점

경력 10점

학력 15점

합계 50점

아이고 아쉽네요 10점이 부족하네요.

저기 주어진 조건 내에서 해결할 수 있는 방법은요

1. 나이점수가 15점으로 깎이기 전에 경력 8년을 채운다. 5점 추가

2. 영어점수를 IELTS 7점으로 높입니다. 10점 추가

3. 뜻이 맞는 배우자를 구한다. 배우자도 자격 요건을 갖춘다. 5점 추가 (ASKY 니까 이부분은 포기하시는걸로... )

4. 주정부 스폰서를 받는다. (쿼터가 있고 해당 주에서 2년이상 거주해야함.) 5점 추가

5. 나이점수가 15점으로 깎이기 전에 박사학위를 취득한다. 5점 추가

이 다섯가지중에 선택해서 10점을 추가하면 됩니다.
