Thank you for getting in touch with Humble Bundle Support, I would be happy to lend a hand here!
I’ve taken a quick look at your account and do see some oddities that we can investigate a bit further together.
First, can you list ALL games and their associated bundles which were redeemed/gifted by the account compromiser? You may want to check your Keys tab of your Humble account to see what games may have been gifted that you do not recall gifting. I will use the information associated with these redemptions to locate and reset the other games which were inappropriately redeemed.
We ask that you list the affected games and bundles as follows:
Bundle A:
Game B
Game C
Additionally, before I can restore any of these orders to their original state, I will need to confirm order/account ownership. To verify your ownership, please reply with the Transaction IDs from your 3 most recent orders.
(If you have multiple copies of an affected bundle, please be sure to include the transaction ID to ensure we are investigating the correct bundle)
Once I receive the information requested above, I will get to work resolving the situation. Please be aware that this process is quite involved and it may take up to ten business days before we have a full resolution.
