우선 APEX ECMS 와 한진택배에 문의 넣었고,
ECMS 택배사가 있는 미국 경찰서에도 report 넣었고,
ic3.gov 에도 report 제출했고,
강서경찰서에도 신고했고,
소비자 보호원에도 신고했고,
evga 고객센터엔 저번주 13일에 문의 넣었는데 아직도 답변없고,
결제카드 차지백 신청했습니다.
할수있는건 다 한거 같네요.
애초에 아마존 배송박스 테이핑이 상단에 두번 되어있었고,
첫번째 테이핑 개봉 흔적이 있고 두번째 테이핑 위에 APEX 송장 스티커가 붙어있는데
라이브챗을 몇번을 해봐도 매크로 답변이네요 ㅡㅡ...
고액의 물건에 대해선 필히 언박싱 영상을 찍어두시고
