진짜 밤 12시에 잠도 못자고 라이브챗 미치겠네요..

 

1. 12월 4일에 $116.06  주문했습니다. 세금(Tax 7.0%) $7.56 포함, `코트리` 뉴저지에 있는 배대지로 주문.

 

2. 12월 5일, 인터넷 서핑을 하던 중 `코트리`의 델라웨어 배대지 주소를 넣으면 세금이 안붙는다는 사실을 알게되었음.

그래서 맥에 주소변경을 요청하는 메일을 보냈고, 하루가 지나도 답장이 오지 않아 초조했던 나는

라이브챗(12월 6일)으로도 주소변경을 요청함.

 

그때 들었던 답변

I am happy to request that your package is rerouted to 300 Cornell Dr STE A7 kotree *** wilmington (Delaware State) / Tel. 201-952-0210 / Zipcode : 19801. As we are unable to make any changes to an order once it is placed, we will have to send the request to UPS to have it rerouted once it ships. Once you receive your shipment confirmation email, please allow 48 hours for your package to be intercepted and rerouted to the correct address.

 

 

3. 주소변경을 요청했지만 처음 뉴저지의 배대지로 품절 제외한 품목들이 거의 배송되었음.

그래서 그냥 세금포함 한 금액 감수하지 뭐.. 이렇게 생각했음.

 

 

4. 12월 8일, 메일을 받음.

배송지를 변경하려고 했으나 이미 쉽이 되어 UPS 에 주소변경을 요청하여 보내도록 하겠다는 내용이었음.

그러나 이미 배대지에서는 몇가지 품절 제외한 품목들이 도착했다고 (12개중에 7개가 도착했다고.) 내용을 들은 이후라

얘네 일처리 하는거 보니 어차피 처음의 뉴저지 배송지로 다 배송되겠구만...하며 별다른 대응을 하지 않았음.

 

 

 

5. 12월 8일 오후 11시 57분, 맥코스매틱에서 $4.81 해외승인이 결제됨. (??)

 

6. 12월 10일 오후 11시 56분, 맥코스매틱에서 $32.09 해외승인이 결제됨... 점입가경

 

7. 놀란 나는 11일 새벽 12시(방금전) 다시 라이브채팅을 시도

YOUN: By the way, On December 8th, $ 4.81 was paid by credit card. On December 10, $ 32.09 was paid by credit card in a row.

Taucia: Thank you for your information. It will just take me a moment to pull up your order.

Taucia: You have 3 different tracking numbers for this order, when the items ship out, we charge your credit card. That is why you are seeing the different charges.
YOUN: So what should I do?

YOUN: If I wait, do I get a refund?
Taucia: I am not understanding your question.
YOUN: Why are there three of my trackingnumbers?
YOUN: I only ordered one.
Taucia: The items were shipped from different locations.

YOUN: Can you tell where the other location is?
Taucia: One of our Fulfillment centers is in Louisville, Kentucky and the other one is in Reno, Nevada.

 

 

대화를 했으나, 대화내용이 도무지 이해가 되지 않네요..ㅠㅠ

말로는 트래킹 번호가 세개가 있고, 거기에 대해 다른 요금이 나왔다는 거 같은데 맞나요?

이게 주소변경(뉴저지에서 델라웨이)에 따른 트래킹 번호가 부여된것인지... 모르겠네요. 어떻게 대처해야하는걸까요?

이해가 안되요.

맥 홈페이지에서 오더 히스토리 클릭해봐도 딱 이전에 결제된 $116.06 내역밖에 안 나오는데.

가만히 있으면... 카드 취소가 되서 환불이 될까요? 아 미치겠어요.ㅠㅠ;
