그래서 본사에 클레임걸고 동영상과 사진을 보내 오늘 최종적으로 답변이 왔습니다만...
정확시 어떻게 보상해 준다고 하는지 잘 모르겠네요

The items will be reshipped to you free of charge.
Option 2:
You will get a 15% off coupon that you can use to purchase on our store, once you make your purchase we will add the items that you are claiming a warranty for in the package.
With this option, you do not have to return the broken watch/bracelet to us.
