I'm writing this to ask you if you please could cancel my reservation

I already contacted Booking.com to ask them to call you for cancelling my reservation

but I got told it isn't possible

I was planning to go to Venice on upcoming January so I looked for hostel and I found Villa parco and I instantly made reservation with non-refundable condition(which is definitely my fault )

but afterwards I found out it is not in Venice but in Island next to Venice where I never thought of going to, and It would be hard to take a ship on the cold winter with heavy luggage also I have to go back to Venice with a ship again for night train in Santa Lucia station for Wien

those things wrote above would be really tough for me and take too much time and excessive money 

그래서그런데 예약을 제발 취소하고 환불해주실 수는 없으신건가요?

다 저의 잘못으로 일어난 일이라는 것은 알고 있으나 저의 상황을 이해해주시고 도아주시면 감사하겠습니다
