직접 유비에다가 문의했습니다 영어는 개뿔도 알지못하여 문의는 달랑 Support Korean language 저거만 써서 보냈습니다.
대신 메일에다가 쿠폰 입력번호 중복떠서 확인하는거랑 엔비디아에서 등록완료 메일로 날아온거 이미지 첨부해서 보냈구요.
아침에 일어나보니 해결해주었더라구요 . 문의만 넣으면 알아서 대충 해주는 느낌 입니다.

Thank you for contacting Ubisoft Support.
I am sorry to hear that your version of Assassin's Creed Syndicate does not contain Korean language.
I have checked your account and can see you have the World Wide version of the game on your account which is why your required language is unavailable.
To resolve this issue I have revoked the World Wide version and added the Asia version.
Please note that if you have previously played the game that your save file will not load on the Asia version of the game.
